Parsons Properties is a family-owned and operated rental property business in Iowa City, home of the University of Iowa. We have convenient locations close to campus containing 14 apartments. We are seeking tenants who desire quality apartments and buildings that are quiet, clean and well maintained. All of our carpets are professionally cleaned between tenants. The majority of our tenants are graduate students or professionals. All of our properties are non-smoking and sorry, no pets.

The center of the U of I campus is the Old Capitol and Pentacrest area. All of our apartments are within easy walking distance to campus (and downtown), but most of our locations are closest to the Health Science, Art and Theatre areas of campus.
